Lack of vitamin E causes rapid wrinkles on the skin, the skin looks uneven. Almonds, coconut oil, sunflower seeds, vegetables, etc. are sources of vitamin E.Vitamin C - Vitamin C is needed to protect the radiance and tightness of the skin. All types of pickled fruits - lemons, oranges, cucumbers and green vegetables contain vitamin C.
