Dr. Tasnim Khan

In the harshness of this winter - 6 vitamins and minerals have a special role in maintaining the health and radiance of the skin. And we can easily get the necessary nutrients from the food around us. Let's find out what vitamin-rich foods need to be included in the diet list to eliminate skin roughness:
Vitamin A - Vitamin A is the most essential nutrient to keep the skin fresh and moisturized. Sweet potatoes, sweet pumpkins, carrots and liver are rich in vitamin A.
Lack of vitamin E causes rapid wrinkles on the skin, the skin looks uneven. Almonds, coconut oil, sunflower seeds, vegetables, etc. are sources of vitamin E.Vitamin C - Vitamin C is needed to protect the radiance and tightness of the skin. All types of pickled fruits - lemons, oranges, cucumbers and green vegetables contain vitamin C.
Foods rich in omega-3 include fish, sesame, linseed, nuts, sweet pumpkin, dairy products, cereals, sunflower oil, etc. Which prevents skin diseases, removes skin impurities and keeps the skin protected.
Lutein - Egg yolks are a good source of lutein. Helps to keep the skin moist and maintain elasticity.
Protein - Meat, milk, eggs contain high quality protein which helps in rejuvenating the skin cells and keeping the skin tight.
