A healthy mind means a healthy body

A healthy mind means a healthy body

Professor Dr. ABM Abdullah

A healthy mind means a healthy body
'Healthy body, beautiful mind' - the most desired of human life. While we have an innate awareness of more and more physical well-being, mental health is often neglected. Again, despite being kind to mental health, many times the body clock is tired of the attack of environmental hostility and irresistible disease. So along with physical well-being, mental well-being is equally important and a beautiful mind is essential for a healthy body. If the body is good, just as the desire for work increases, so is the mind refreshed and fresh.

In the field of health-protection, we believe in the treatment of diseases - that is, if something happens, we start to prevent it.

It is in our nature not to understand the value of teeth in having teeth. But if we are a little conscious and try to prevent the disease by following a few rules, then we can keep life really healthy and beautiful. In order to be perfectly fit, we have to follow some rules and regulations.
Some tips to stay healthy: Regular and moderate sleep is required for good health. Reduce the habit of daytime sleep and make it a habit to sleep early at night. The habit of getting six to seven hours of sleep every day is good. The habit of waking up in the morning is helpful for good health. Take a bath in the morning before going to school-college or office. Try to walk in a flat place every day. Remember walking is the best exercise. Practice walking regularly for at least 30 minutes to an hour. People who are obese can exercise regularly and properly. The advice of a physiotherapist can be taken for this. Remember that incorrect exercise and uncontrolled 'gym exercise' can make your problem worse. Develop regular and moderate eating habits. Increase fibrous foods in the food list. Reduce non-vegetarian and fatty foods. Try to eat less fried and oily foods. Red meat (four-legged beef), sweet, ghee, dalda, Eat less fatty foods. Put more fruits and vegetables on the food list. You can eat a little more often than eating more than once. Those who are overweight should eat cucumber, tomato and salad before meals, it will take less food. Drink water at least half an hour at the end without drinking water occasionally during meals. Avoid smoking, tobacco products, alcohol and other drugs.

Use mobile, Facebook, internet in moderation. This can lead to physical laziness as well as mental instability. Strengthen family ties. Wife-son, try to give time to parents. Pay attention to their physical and mental health. Being busy at work is good for both body and mind. If there is a professional problem, try to solve it without keeping it alive. Think positive, read books. Build a hobby, do something new. Avoid excessive tension, depression, mental worry and stay worry free and stay active in good deeds. Be honest with yourself. Concentrate on your respective religious practices. Live an orderly life, rely on yourself. Exercise restraint. No one should be emotionally hurt by your words. Keep that in mind and talk. So be more aware of these issues.
