Which should be added to the diet for zinc

Zinc improves certain health conditions in the human body. It enhances the strength, power, and efficiency of the body. It is a great remedy for colds and coughs and when applied to the skin treats cold sores, acne, and age spots. According to research, 75% of women and 8% of men consume less zinc than they need foods daily.

Symptoms of zinc deficiency include loss of appetite and hair loss, erectile dysfunction, skin and eyes, loss of taste and smell, very slow wound healing, mental fatigue and muscle aches, persistent chills or colds or stomach problems, concentration problems and weight becomes uncontrollable.

Some special foods to add to the diet to get zinc. For example,  
meat contains a lot of zinc. Beef and chair meat should be eaten regularly. However, do not eat processed meat in moderation.
We also get zinc from pulses like lentils, mugs, gram, Kabuli
• to meet the zinc deficiency, put some things like chia seeds, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds in the diet
• milk-egg-yogurt is at hand. There are very few nutritious foods like these. If you
eat these every day, you will get zinc in addition to other nutrients.  Potatoes and mushrooms also contain a small amount of zinc. So you will benefit from playing regularly.  

Incidentally, to meet the zinc deficiency in the body should meet the nutritional needs from ordinary food without taking medicine.
